We are seeking a motivated Recruiting Intern to join our HR team. This internship offers hands-on experience in talent acquisition and recruitment processes. The ideal candidate will assist in sourcing candidates, conducting initial screenings, scheduling interviews, and supporting various HR projects.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing candidates using various channels (e.g., job boards, social media, etc.).

• Screen resumes and applications and update our applicant tracking system.

• Schedule and coordinate interviews.

• Assist in conducting initial phone screenings with candidates.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements.

• Help organize and attend career fairs or recruiting events.

• Support HR projects such as employer branding initiatives and process improvements.

• Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.

Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s program, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

• Strong desire to learn about recruitment processes and talent acquisition.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous internship experience in HR or recruitment is a plus.

• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases.
