What you will be doing:
The Marketing Specialist helps in the delivery of compelling marketing campaigns that support growth, adoption and retention of Premier products and services. Helps execute campaigns and initiatives at various stages of the product lifecycle, including product introductions, demand generation retention pushes and associated sales enablement or communication. Requires an appetite for project management and execution to ensure campaign tactics are accomplished in a timely and professional manner.
Develops and updates business unit collateral for use in the sales process.
Provides content for presentations, email drips and sales pushes
Reports on success of campaign tactics and provide recommendations for improvement
Key Responsibilities
Responsibility #1 – 50%
Responsible for helping to create and deliver marketing campaigns to support the growth and expansion of Premier products and services.
Helps execute campaigns and initiatives at various stages of the product lifecycle, including product introductions, demand generation and retention pushes.
Responsible for determining appropriate communication and enablement material for sales teams for focus products and/or campaigns.
Responsibility #2 – 50%
Requires an appetite for project management and execution to ensure campaign tactics are accomplished in a timely and professional manner.
Develops and updates solution collateral and presentations for use in the sales process.
Provides content for email drips, presentations and sales materials.
Reports on effectiveness of campaign tactics and must be able to confidently provide recommendations for improvement.
Required Qualifications
Work Experience:
Years of Applicable Experience - 4 or more yearsEducation:
High School Diploma or GED (Required)
Preferred Qualifications
Preferred Experience:
3+ years campaign / growth marketing experience
Project management experience - highly organized, detail oriented, can manage a variety of projects, deadlines etc.
B2B marketing experience
Account Based Marketing (ABM) experience
Agency experience
Healthcare experience
Preferred Skills:
Understanding of Agile methodology
Ability to use data to make decisions
Independently apply good judgment, discretion and reasoning skills; motivated, self-starter who can work autonomously based on end goals etc.
Ability to function well in a fast-paced work and team environment
Confidence in directly working with our clients/internal stakeholders
