Cleveland Clinic has multiple openings in Beachwood, Ohio for Project Manager II to provide project management for international healthcare partnerships and projects with a primary focus on Asia Pacific (APAC) initiatives. The Project Manager II coordinates and collaborates in service/contract deliverables, tracking milestones, and setting expectations. Duties include: leading the analysis and negotiation coordination of projects in APAC region; performing business operations analysis to ensure efficient use of resources based on budget, timeline, and program restrictions; managing workstreams; creating statistical reports; providing recommendations on APAC region global project operational plans. Other duties include: developing and managing budgets; participating in strategic planning; and performing market research, deep analysis, vetting, prioritization and executive presentation on APAC partner opportunities and markets, including healthcare market trends, competitor analysis, and affiliation targets. International travel across the globe and including Southeast Asia, South America, and the Middle East in trips ranging from three days to two weeks at a time. Occasional evening and weekend hours as needed. Intermittent telecommuting permitted. At a minimum, the position requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Health Care Administration, Business Administration, Management or closely related field or foreign equivalent as evidenced by a credentials evaluation and three (3) years of experience coordinating or managing various projects. Experience to include two (2) years of experience in each of the following areas: conducting business operations analysis to ensure compliance with budget, timeline, and program restrictions; managing workstreams; creating statistical reports; conducting market research on Asia Pacific (APAC) region, including APAC healthcare trends and competitor analysis; providing support to international healthcare partnerships/initiatives including key project milestone tracking; using Microsoft Excel.
