Responsibilities

As a Program/Project Management Lead, you will be responsible for leading business and technology outcomes for the assigned program, project, or contracted service. You will leverage standard tools, methodologies, and processes to deliver, monitor, and control service level agreements. You are expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform, and make team decisions. Additionally, you will engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions, while providing solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams. Advanced proficiency in Program Project Management and Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) is required. Estimation and Planning, Risk Management, and Scope Management with advanced proficiency are recommended.
Develop and implement effective project management strategies
Ensure timely delivery of project milestones
Identify and mitigate project risks
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives
Provide leadership and guidance to project team members
