The Business Execution Lead Analyst – Financial Management role is part of the Chief Operating Office (COO) organization and is responsible for maintaining a strong and disciplined approach to financial management with respect to annual budgeting, headcount planning, and location strategy needs in support of the COO organization. This role will maintain detailed tracking of the COO financials and resource plans and prepare various reporting requirements to support business decision management.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the annual budget/quarterly forecast processes in partnership with Finance in support of resource planning and management for the COO Organization
  • Partner with the COO businesses, HR and Finance to ensure appropriate headcount planning and third-party spend for the COO organization
  • Own the preparation of budget/forecast summary presentation materials and presenting to COO senior management
  • Partner with the COO businesses to understand technology investment requirements and coordinate with the technology team
  • Ensure COO third party/SOW spend is maintained in Resources@Citi
  • Monitor expenses to ensure adherence to COO budget and identify savings opportunities or risks to meeting plan
  • Leverage advanced Excel features in support of data gathering, analysis, and reporting
  • Drive administrative, operational, reporting and quality improvements through partnership with internal teams
  • Lead other administrative duties and ad hoc projects as necessary on behalf of the COO Business Execution team, including tracking productivity initiatives


Qualifications:

  • Proven extensive financial management, budgeting, headcount management, and processes administration are required; Citi specific experience preferred
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
  • Excellent analytical skills and adeptness at quickly synthesizing and distilling complex information
  • Ability to partner effectively and influence firm-wide at varying levels of the organization
  • Experience using advanced Excel features in support of data gathering, analysis, and reporting. Practical application of Resources@Citi is a plus


Education:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; Master's degree preferred

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:

$141,440.00 - $212,160.00
