Job Purpose

Project Trainee – GPS role exists to provide support to deploy and embed the GPS into a Site to deliver the Business Strategy and improve Business Performance (Quality, Safety, Service, Cost, and Innovation).

Education, Experience & Skills

  • Bachelor of Engineering/Pharm D

  • Fresh graduate or 2–4-month Experience

  • Industrial Engineering / Mechanical Engineering/ Chemical Engineering

  • Lean / Six Sigma Knowledge

  • Data Analytics

  • Project Management

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide project management support and governance around Site strategic projects.

  • Helping ensure the day-to-day continuous improvement activities result in a continuous improvement in the Site Performance towards the goal of Zero Accidents, Zero Defects and Zero Waste.

  • To support site in initiatives and projects related to Digitization, Automation and Analytics

  • OneGPS Deployment Support

  • Procurement Support for ASL/GSL Improvement Project

  • PPV and material Roadmap governance support

  • CPU Projects governance support
