Cleveland Clinic Florida is seeking a dynamic, proactive, and experienced Physician Recruiter/Sourcer to join our Office of Physician Recruitment team. This is a remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to contribute to one of the world's leading healthcare institutions.

A caregiver in this position works the day shift from 8:00am – 5:00pm.  

This position is open to candidates who reside in the state of Florida.


A caregiver who excels in this role will:   

  • Source and recruit top-tier physicians and advanced practice providers across various specialties.
  • Utilize multiple platforms and strategies to identify, engage, and build relationships with potential candidates.
  • Research and explore new avenues for sourcing talent, including leveraging AI-driven tools and innovative recruitment technologies.
  • Collaborate closely with the physician recruitment team and department leaders to understand recruitment needs and ensure alignment with Cleveland Clinic’s mission.
  • Maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive engagement and database management.


Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:   

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, a science specialization field or a related field.  

  • Valid driver’s license (VDL).  

  • 3 years of related recruitment experience. 5 additional years of experience may substitute the bachelor’s degree requirement.  


Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:   

  • Prior recruitment experience in high-touch areas. 

  • Very strong healthcare sourcing skillset, able to provide metrics of # of conversion of prospects moved to candidates/offers.

  • Experience with multiple sourcing platforms (Social Media, ATS Systems, other recruitment tolls, etc).

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods. 
  • Ability to travel throughout the hospital system. For some roles, ability to travel to other locations, including international travel.
  • Ability to operate a computer, audio visual and other office equipment.           
  • Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information, including the ability to deliver any applicable training in person and virtually.
  • In some locations, ability to move up to 25 lbs.
