The Talent Acquisition Programs Manager is responsible for developing and executing talent acquisition processes and programs that deliver on the strategic needs of the organization at the optimal level of standardization. They will collaborate with Human Resources leadership to define our TA Strategy, advise the organization on best practices across all stages of the TA process, develop & support technical apprenticeship and summer internship programs, administer our selection tools, and manage vendor and strategic partner relationships.

Essential Functions- Roles/Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Human Resources leadership to define our TA Strategy
  • Manage relationships with our key TA partners (job boards, search agencies, background check & verification services), and drive process and partnership standardization across the organization
  • Manage our careers website
  • Make recommendations on best practices and drive innovation to close gaps throughout all stages of the TA process
  • Advise TA specialists and Field HR on best practices and provide guidance and education on available tools and partnerships
  • Lead our partnership with Skills USA to enhance our pipeline for technical roles and skilled labor
  • Partner closely with field HR and partner institutions (military, technical schools) to drive the expansion of technical internship programs to further develop our capacity to build talent internally
  • Support our summer internship program to enhance our pipeline for roles across all corporate functions  
  • Administer selection tools (selection assessments, career site chat bot) and drive standardized usage across the organization

Required Education and Experience

  • 3-5 years experience in talent acquisition, human resources, or related area
  • B.S. in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience managing relationships with vendors spanning multiple areas of talent acquisition or human resources
  • Experience managing job boards and external career site job postings
  • Program management experience
  • Knowledge of available tools and best practices across all stages of the talent acquisition process
  • Experience with pipeline development programs
  • Experience communicating the value of TA or HR tools, resources, and best practices to internal customers
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize effectively

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • TA or HR experience in the manufacturing industry
  • Project management experience
  • Experience with Skills USA and/or military partnerships
  • Experience leading internship and apprenticeship programs
