Job Description:

Human Resource AI Transformation Director

Location: This position will work a hybrid model (remote and office). Ideal candidates must live within 50 miles of a PulsePoint location.


The Human Resource AI Transformation Director will report to the CHRO for Digital and be responsible for leading and executing a portfolio of AI-driven transformation projects related to HR and the Associate experience. The purpose of this role is to develop and execute enterprise transformation strategies and initiatives that leverage technology to deliver an exceptional consumer experience and drive a standardized and action-oriented operating model.  


How you will make an impact:


•    Deliver value for customers, communities, and stakeholders through innovation and efficiency initiatives.  
•    Developing and improving various business processes and technologies through cooperative engagement with business leaders accountable for transformational change, strategy development, and change management leadership to include product ownership for the technology solutions consisting of developing and implementing roadmaps and migration strategies to ensure that all components integrate a commitment to continuous improvement. 
•    Partners with senior and executive leadership to sponsor innovative solutions that create efficient ways to simplify end-to-end processes to achieve digital first objectives. 
•    Supports governance and analysis of gate stages, utilizing trends, data, and qualitative risk indicators.  
•    Synthesizes information into meaningful executive summaries with decision-able next steps to ensure leadership has correct and timely information. 
•    Conducts research by engaging enterprise partners to ensure the championship of options and solutions.  
•    Serves as a "lead" on the team - interviewing and recommending candidates, prioritizing and balancing the team's workload, and supporting day-to-day activities.  

Minimum Requirements:

Requires a BA/BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field of study with 10 years of experience in Strategic Planning, Business Intelligence, and Analytics, or Business Process Design; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences:


•    HR functional acumen, including in-depth knowledge of HR Technology or HRIS such as Workday, SNOW, etc.  
•    Proven track record of partnering with key stakeholders including company executives, HR Business Partners, HR Operations, and HR functional COEs.  
•    Ability to lead executive-level discussions with clear objectives and outcomes
