About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Tax Senior with exposure to direct tax to join our growing Tax team. In this global role, you will ensure compliance with international tax regulations, streamline processes through automation, assist with the preparation of quarterly financial statements, and more. You'll leverage strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including tax authorities and external advisors. Occasional travel may be required to meet international colleagues, attend industry conferences, and participate in global projects. You will report to the Tax Manager based in Austin, TX, and will follow a hybrid work model. #LI-Hybrid

We are seeking an organized, efficient, and driven individual to elevate our dynamic Tax team!

You Will:

  • (Ensure global tax compliance for corporate income tax, withholding tax, and other business taxes including returns, other filings, and related documentation.
  • Implement automation and other process improvements throughout the Tax function.
  • Support tax planning and global tax efficiency initiatives.
  • Execute tax consulting procurement processes and own associated budget reconciliations.
  • Collaborate with finance, legal, and business teams to ensure accurate direct tax reporting and compliance.
  • Address tax audit inquiries related to direct taxes.
  • Assist with quarterly and annual financial reporting.
  • Maintain tax documentation for emerging initiatives and routine compliance.

You Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Tax, Accounting, or Finance.
  • Master's degree and professional certification (e.g., CPA, CTA, or equivalent) in Tax or a related field is highly desirable.
  • 3+ years of experience in Tax (or a related field) at a large accounting firm or multinational company is preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft suite: Word, PowerPoint, and Excel (familiarity with pivot tables and formula creation)
  • Familiarity with tax technology (e.g., Alteryx, Netsuite, Jira, Confluence, AI) is a plus.
