As a member of the TA Excellence Team, this role will be focused on the implementation of the Talent Acquisition Tech Stack. A strong project management background is necessary, including change management expertise.

This position can be remote within the USA Eastern and Central time zones.

PURPOSE AND SCOPE:

The Talent Acquisition Excellence Analyst will support the development, implementation, and maintenance of recruiting technologies and processes in support of the Global Talent Acquisition function.  They will drive content creation for all Talent Acquisition process and training.  They will simultaneously engage in various cross-functional initiatives across the organization to improve operational efficiency of the Talent Acquisition function.  The Talent Acquisition Excellence Analyst is a strategic thinker and operational doer.  They are flexible and perform a wide range of projects and initiatives.

As a member of the Talent Acquisition Excellence team, this role provides functional expertise as the Talent Acquisition subject matter expert and best practice liaison with the Workday Support Team. Collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders, this role enables the delivery of recruiting processes by supporting the continuous operation while implementing other recruitment-enabling technologies.  The Analyst leads regional SME committees to support process optimization, implementation, and technology testing.

  

 

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:  

  • Maximize organizational investment and effectiveness of technologies by continuously seeking ways to improve recruitment processes.
  • Build and manage organizational and stakeholder relationships by understanding their business needs and drivers as well as existing processes and challenges, translating them into specifications and functionality.
  • Support initiatives involving software implementation and updates related to Talent Acquisition technologies to ensure that work is properly defined, documented, tested and ready for implementation into production systems.
  • Create and maintain documentation of the Talent Acquisition owned technologies
  • Collaborate with HR and IT stakeholders in order to effectively communicate and understand business requirements related to Talent Acquisition Technologies and the exchange of data.
  • Creation and maintenance of Talent Acquisition process and procedures, including Recruiter Playbook, Talent Acquisition Portal (TAP), Recruiter onboarding framework.
  • Maintain Talent Acquisition Training Database, including new user access, training curriculum assignments, reporting and vendor management
  • Oversee all Talent Acquisition training on processes and systems. Identify training needs, develop and support delivery of training material including live and recorded training.
  • Reviews all trainings and supporting documents to ensure consistent voice and training objectives are achieved
  • Conducts needs analysis quarterly to identify training gaps and work with SMEs to initiate and deliver awareness and educational campaigns for key Talent Acquisition strategies
  • Review and comply with the Code of Business Conduct and all applicable company policies and procedures, local, state and federal laws and regulations

EDUCATION:

  • Associate's Degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or related field; equivalent work experience may also be considered
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
     

EXPERIENCE AND REQUIRED SKILLS:         

  • 2 - 5 years' related experience in an operational and/or administrative support role in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources
  • Demonstrate a continuous improvement mindset and an ability to execute
  • Experienced user of Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and related Recruiting systems such as background check, candidate relationship management (CRM), and candidate assessment tools
  • Prior experience preparing workflow, end-user documentation, SOPs, facilitating and leading end-user training.HRIS and/or Talent Acquisition systems administration, data management and systems analysis experience preferred
  • Solid understanding of HR and Talent Acquisition business processes, HR data, HR systems and their interdependencies
  • Proven organizational and administrative skills with keen attention to detail and strong time-management
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent critical thinking skills and ability to problem solve
  • Data management skills with strong analytical mindset and ability to troubleshoot.
  • Proficient within the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Self-starter with ability to work independently and as a collaborative member of a virtual team
  • Ability to build trust with a variety of stakeholders and establish self as a trusted, knowledgeable business partner.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of all information
