The purpose of this role is to manage Patient Access Program (PAP) execution and act as program PIC in the area by close coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plan and execute end-to-end patient program activity, program communication, program performance, and risk mitigation within the assigned area
• Person in contact (PIC) in the area for any matters related to patient program activity
• Lead improvement initiative for patient program activity in the area
• Manage PAP communication plan (external) & process training for hospitals in the area
• Ensure supervision of Contracts & Payment, Quotation, Program Documentation/ audit
• Our company's access administration & development
• Assist Patient Program & Biomarker Manager in budget planning/ management and end to end process mapping

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacology, Medical, Business, Business Administration, Marketing or other relevant discipline
• Previous experience in project management, patient assistance/affordability/access program, or similar roles within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong ability to execute plans in an effective, quality and timely manner with limited supervision.
