Job Description:

Broadcom’s Core Switching Group is seeking an experienced Senior Product Line Manager to drive outbound product management and customer engagement for our industry-leading Ethernet switch portfolio. This role is responsible for managing key customer and partner accounts, shaping product positioning, and supporting business growth across AI, cloud, and data center markets. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in networking technologies, a strong record of strategic account leadership, and the ability to translate complex technical capabilities into clear, compelling value for customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary outbound PLM interface for strategic customer and partner accounts, leveraging Broadcom Ethernet switch products.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with hyperscalers, OEMs, ODMs, and ecosystem partners to understand requirements, drive adoption, and ensure customer success.

  • Drive AI infrastructure and data center networking discussions with a deep understanding of Ethernet switching, congestion control, telemetry, SerDes technologies, optics, and system-level integration.

  • Ensure customer input is captured and translated into actionable product requirements for future roadmap planning.

  • Represent Broadcom in customer roadmap sessions, executive briefings, and industry forums.

  • Analyze market trends, competitive developments, and emerging technologies to inform strategic decisions.

  • Provide accurate business updates, forecasts, and opportunity assessments to internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field; advanced degree a plus.

  • Minimum 13 years of experience in product management, technical marketing, business development, or account management in the networking or semiconductor industry.

  • Proven success managing major customer accounts involving complex, high-technology products.

  • Strong understanding of Ethernet switching, data center networking architectures, AI networking workloads, and the associated hardware/software ecosystem.

  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to interface effectively with executive-level customers and internal teams.

  • Ability to distill complex technical concepts into clear business value.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in fast-moving environments.

  • Strong analytical, strategic-thinking, and organizational skills.
     

Additional Desired Attributes

  • Experience working with hyperscalers on large-scale infrastructure deployments.

  • Familiarity with AI training, inference, scale-out/scale-up networking, optical interconnects, and high-speed SerDes technology.

  • Ability to thrive in a highly technical, execution-driven organization.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual base salary range for this position is $159,400 - $255,000

This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus in accordance with relevant plan documents, and equity in accordance with equity plan documents and equity award agreements.
