Responsible to devise MCV strategy and gain insight into competitors’ strategies in product and marketing
Participate in weekly PIC meeting to ensure channel specific marketing promotion and services requests can be catered and delivered as agreed.
Develop timely and accurate MI reporting enabling monitoring KPI.
Develop robust distribution performance monitoring framework to be presented in Working Committee and Joint Steering Committee.
Perform internal and external market benchmarking and collect feedback from Business Development Team and bank partner on product initiatives, provide business findings and recommendations for growth initiatives.
Provide business report to assist channel to develop insight as input for business planning and business portfolio management.
Preferred Skills
Having strong knowledge on MCV market and Able to provide insights and recommendation on product initiatives to senior management. Having Market understanding and data sensitivity especially with product.
Work closely with distribution, product and Marketing team. Acts as contact point with L&H, Finance, Actuarial on product and proposition development, business performance report and profitability management.
Qualifications
Bachelor degree holder, preferably in business and analytics related subjects.
Possess at least 8 years of relevant experience in banking or insurance industry with at least 5 years solid experience on MCV area, particularly on data analytics and business planning
Sound knowledge on MCV business or bank’s segmentation
Possess knowledge in insurance product with strong business sense
Ability to interpret business KPI, recommend the best solutions for business strategy
