What you will do

Join us as a Senior Manager, Supply Chain Continuity (Hybrid), where you'll play a critical role in safeguarding the flow of raw materials that power our manufacturing operations. In this strategic position, you’ll lead efforts to optimize inventory levels, ensuring alignment with the Supply Plan and business demands. You’ll collaborate across upstream and downstream partners to drive seamless communication and proactive problem-solving. As a key liaison with suppliers, you’ll tackle product availability challenges head-on—resolving constraints and escalating risks to protect long-term continuity. This is a high-impact opportunity to shape supply resilience, strengthen partnerships, and fuel operational excellence.

  • Strengthen supplier relationships by understanding their planning systems and aligning processes with Stryker’s material and capacity needs.

  • Ensure inventory accuracy and availability through proactive expediting, de-expediting, and alignment with inventory targets.

  • Drive supplier performance by partnering with Global Procurement, site teams, and sourcing to escalate and resolve supply constraints.

  • Act as a purchasing expert, mentoring team members and ensuring consistent, high-quality support for internal stakeholders.

  • Coordinate cross-functionally with planning, scheduling, engineering, quality, and operations to ensure seamless part availability and execution.

  • Lead process improvement initiatives by identifying operational gaps and implementing solutions that enhance efficiency and accuracy.

  • Maintain master data integrity by validating supplier inputs such as lead times, order quantities, and safety stock levels.

  • Monitor and influence supplier KPIs through scorecard reviews, driving improvements in delivery, cost savings, and responsiveness

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management of related field

  • 10 years related procurement, materials management, supply chain management or technical experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with JDE

  • Experience with SAP or SAP deployment

  • Experience with PFEP (Plan for Every Part)

Travel Percentage: 10%
