Job Summary:
As a Recruiting Coordinator will work closely with the Talent Manager to execute Beauty Barrage's hiring plans across the US and Canada, conduct interviews, and maintain strong interdepartmental relationships. This role will provide excellent support for our large-volume hiring strategy. Attention to detail is paramount in this role.
Our goal is to hire top talent to increase sales and brand awareness for our brands. Our Recruiting Coordinator is expected to be extremely organized, results-driven, and able to collaborate in a fast-paced and changing environment. It is essential that you have excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as a contagious enthusiasm for the beauty industry.
The Recruiting Coordinator will report to the Talent Manager. Local candidates must be able to work on-site at our Newport Beach, CA corporate office.
