Responsibilities

Problem Resolution:
Serve as a primary point of contact for technical inquiries and issues, working closely with customers to troubleshoot and resolve problems.
Document and escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams for further investigation and resolution.
Customer Satisfaction:
Conduct regular follow-ups with customers to gather feedback and assess overall satisfaction.
Identify opportunities for improvement and collaborate with internal teams to enhance the customer experience.
Training and Documentation:
Develop and deliver training materials for customers and internal stakeholders.
Create comprehensive documentation, including user guides and troubleshooting manuals.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the product development team to provide insights from the field and contribute to product enhancements based on customer feedback.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
