Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation and delivery of applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet project requirements and deadlines. Your role will involve providing technical guidance, resolving issues, and ensuring the overall quality and performance of the applications. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Lead the design, development, and implementation of applications. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define project scope. - Provide technical guidance and support to team members. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to application functionality and performance. - Ensure the overall quality and performance of applications. - Identify and implement process improvements to enhance application development and delivery. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Linux Operations. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Red Hat Cloud Architecture and Design. - Strong understanding of Linux operating systems and command-line tools. - Experience in managing and troubleshooting Linux-based applications. - Knowledge of scripting languages such as Bash or Python. - Familiarity with cloud computing platforms and technologies. - Experience in application deployment and configuration management. - Solid understanding of networking concepts and protocols. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Linux Operations. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - An Any graduate is required.
