Summary: As an Application Lead for Packaged Application Development, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve ensuring regulatory compliance and overseeing the development of high-quality software solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the development and implementation of regulatory compliance strategies and processes for software applications. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build, and configure software applications that meet regulatory requirements. - Ensure the quality of software solutions by conducting thorough testing and debugging. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality software solutions. - Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in regulatory compliance and software development. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong understanding of regulatory compliance requirements and experience in implementing compliance strategies for software applications. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with software development methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall. - Experience in leading software development teams and managing software development projects. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex software development issues. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in regulatory compliance and software development. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, software engineering, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
