The opportunity

Join our dynamic service center in Ülemiste City. As an HR Trainee, you will support our HR Operations team during the peak season of summer worker hiring in Sweden. This is a 6‑month paid internship with the option to work from home.

 

You will gain valuable hands-on experience in HR processes, learn from specialists, and develop practical skills that will support your future HR career.

 

How you'll make an impact

• Support the HR team by preparing employment contracts and documentation for summer workers.
• Handle data entry and ensure timely and accurate registration of employees in our HR systems.
• Perform documentation checks to ensure compliance with local legal and company requirements.
• Provide administrative support to HR colleagues and assist with process coordination.
• Help identify opportunities to improve accuracy, service quality, and workflow efficiency.

 

Your background

• Interest in HR and comfort working with data, documentation, and administrative tasks.
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
• Good command of MS Office tools and high attention to detail.
• Organized, proactive, and able to manage time effectively during busy periods.
• Available for a six‑month internship.
