About This Role:

  • Develop and manage the Global HR program calendar to ensure timely communication of programs and coordinate roll-out with the business.

  • Partner closely with the HR team and HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) to execute programs, processes and practices.

  • Partner closely with the HR Business Leader on the delivery of key HR programs where appropriate (e.g., employee survey, performance management, talent management, talent retention, etc.).

  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes or practices that result in tangible business improvements; partners with process owners where appropriate to drive enhancements and ensure a field-ready perspective is embedded within program rollouts.

  • Research and prepare reports on areas of business relevance as needed.

  • Actively engage with employees and managers where appropriate, serving as a credible and capable HR resource.

  • Engage in HR support activities as needed (e.g., ad-hoc issues such as employee relations or supporting ad-hoc projects).

  • Act as a consultant and advisor with evolving and significant understanding of culture & inclusion to further learning and capability within client group, own function, and broader organization.

  • Work in partnership with the Culture & Inclusion team, the HR community, and the ERGs to build a strong internal and external reputation as a great place to work for all and cultivate a robust external network of inclusive connections.

Required Skills:

Employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field and 7 years of experience in the job offered or in a Sr. Human Resources Manager-related occupation.

Position requires demonstrable experience in the following:

  • Program or Project Management experience related to the employee lifecycle, including manager and employee development, talent review, and mid-year and year-end performance reviews.

  • Analytical skills and ability to identify data trends.

  • Generating and analyzing various reports and compiling data into actionable content.

  • Business Partnership, Advising, and Consulting.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage difficult conversations.

  • Demonstrated ability to convert technical information into compelling business context and advice.

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, with guidance in only the most complex situations.

  • Managing sensitive employee data and situations.

  • Demonstrated experience in employee performance management.

Additional Information

The base compensation range for this role is: $129,000.00-$187,000.00


Base salary offered is determined through an analytical approach utilizing a combination of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills & experience, job location, and internal equity.
