CMC are hiring! We have a newly created opportunity for a Product & Lifecycle Marketing Manager to join our Singapore office on a full time permanent basis. Please note this role will be based onsite 5 days per week.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

Background & Purpose of the role:

We are seeking a superstar Product and Lifecycle Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team in Singapore to develop a world-class customer lifecycle program that activates and accelerates revenue. Reporting to the SG Country Marketing Manager, this role will oversee the planning and prioritisation of customer lifecycle marketing programs that drive product adoption and reduce churn. This is a high-impact, strategic role for a customer-centric marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about solving customer problems and communicating the value that our platforms, products, and services deliver. This role requires cross-functional collaboration across product, marketing, customer service, and sales teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Lifecycle/CRM Campaign Management:

  • Manage lifecycle/CRM campaigns end-to-end using channels including email, SMS, in platform pop ups, push notifications, and Telegram.
  • Develop advanced client journeys within the Braze marketing system using sophisticated segmentation, multiple communications, event triggers, and reporting.
  • Identify opportunities to segment clients and deliver highly personalized communications to the right person, at the right time using customer-centric best practices and data-driven insights.
  • Conduct regular campaign A/B and control group testing to optimize campaign performance.
  • Report on campaign performance to key internal stakeholders and suggest improvements.
  • Provide insights-led reporting and recommendations to optimize lifecycle/CRM campaigns.

Product Marketing Strategy and Execution:

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and execute regional product campaigns and initiatives to drive growth and adoption of products and services.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment with key business units such as Sales, Legal, Compliance, and Business Operations in executing streamlined customer-centric product marketing communications.
  • Support the in-house creative team in crafting and delivering compelling messaging that simplifies complex concepts, resonates with customers, and builds a market point of difference.
  • Lead market research projects, opportunity assessments, competitive analysis, and customer feedback initiatives.
  • Collaborate effectively with Digital, and Brand teams in conducting regular experimentation and testing to assess the effectiveness of product messaging and optimize campaign performance across channels.
  • Monitor product/feature performance and provide insights-led reporting and recommendations to optimize Product Marketing campaigns.

General Responsibilities

  • Assist the SG Country Marketing Manager in planning and prioritizing campaigns while fostering and managing robust relationships with stakeholders globally.
  • Collaborate with the product owners to plan and execute end-to-end GTM launches for new features, products, and services, aiming to raise awareness and drive adoption.
  • Conduct competitor, market, and client research, sharing valuable insights with key stakeholders to inform strategic decisions.
  • Partner with product, sales, and marketing teams to drive growth, adoption, and engagement of platforms, products, and services, and educate the wider marketing team and organization on best practices in GTM, product positioning, and messaging strategies.
  • Continuously develop personal and professional skills to adapt to evolving role requirements and undertake additional duties, training, and working hours as needed, aligned with the position's overall responsibilities.

It will occasionally be necessary to work on bank holidays, evenings or weekend, by mutual agreement, with time off earned in lieu.

KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • 5+ years in a similar CRM/Lifecycle/Product marketing role.
  • Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business IT, or a related field of study.
  • Previous experience using marketing systems e.g., Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign, and Marketo as an advanced user.
  • Some experience implementing dynamic content scripting e.g., AMPscript, Liquid.
  • Familiarity with Customer Lifecycle and Product Led growth and key performance metrics.
  • Ability to communicate throughout all levels of an organisation both technical and non-technical.
  • Strong stakeholder management with experience building strong cross-functional relationships with stakeholders across Product, Marketing, Sales, Client Success, and support teams, aligning teams on the same goal.
  • Excellent storytelling skills with experience crafting product positioning and sales narratives that distil what really matters to a customer in a meaningful, straightforward way.
  • Versatile and able to adapt tactics to different geographies, personas, and use cases.
