THE JOB
The Senior Producer, Venue Programs will report into the SVP and lead a small team dedicated to branded experiential programs across the Live Nation US venue portfolio. You will concept, budget, advance build and direct multiple executions so strong detail and multitasking skills are a must. This role will coordinate with many internal teams including Venue Design & Development, Venue Operators, Integrated Marketing, Sales, and Brand Management. Programs range from social moments to lounge design to season-long temporary activations to permanent structures.
You should be a strong, strategic marketer and highly skilled brand activation producer with proven knowledge of fabrication, budgeting, planning and overall project management. You must be an outstanding communicator, proficient at working independently and leading a team, capable of building relationships and trust across all levels and teams at Live Nation. You will also have an established roster across the US of activation vendors and contractors including but not limited to fabricators, staffing agencies, signage companies, “fixers”, tech partners, etc.
This role comes with significant travel. Candidate must work out of the New York City office.
WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
Lead venue activations including ideation, design, budgets, resourcing, approvals, installs, scheduling, winterization and overall project management across multiple venues
Partner with key internal stakeholders: Venues (Design/Development/Operations), Integrated Marketing, Sales, and Brand Management
Ensure design intent, scopes of work, and client expectations are aligned with LN goal of up leveling onsite experiences
Provide feedback on venue construction/architectural sets, shop drawings and site plans on how best to incorporate brands
Manage GC’s, fabricators, RFP’s, contract negotiations, construction compliance
Creation and execution of budgets; Capex project consultation
Identify bottlenecks and find strategic, practical and efficient solutions
WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
10+ years in concepting, budgeting, engineering, installation and project management of branded experiences and activations
Superior project and time management skills, with ability to manage teams in multiple locations
Established record of success in designing activations for venues, festivals, entertainment spaces
Business acumen with excellent communication skills for interacting with corporate clients, production teams, vendors, and LN Leadership
Ability to identify potential problems while utilizing sound decision making to implement the best solutions
Strong sense of urgency, intellectual curiosity and professionalism
Proven ability to work calmly and efficiently under pressure
Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, Excel, CAD, Keynote, Slack, Airtable, etc.
