Descripción del puesto:

Buscamos a una persona con alta motivación y gran capacidad organizativa, ágil y eficiente en la gestión de asuntos y ejecución de tareas.

Esta persona, dará soporte administrativo al Director de Legal de GSK España asumiendo además funciones jurídicas adicionales dentro del departamento.

Principales Responsabilidades:

  • Apoyo administrativo al Director Legal
  • Gestión de la agenda y del email del Director Legal, organización, asistencia y preparación de reuniones internas y externas, y de viajes
  • Gestión de gastos, pedidos y proveedores (esencialmente despachos de abogados) y control del presupuesto del departamento
  • Gestión de archivo y documentación del departamento y de las compañías del grupo
  • Colaboración con el equipo legal y otros departamentos de la compañía en asuntos que podrían variar en función de su experiencia y evolución.
  • Participación en proyectos del departamento, seguimiento de tareas y ayuda a su consecución.

¿Por qué tú?

Requisitos Básicos:

  • Formación universitaria. Se valorará formación específica en secretariado.
  • Experiencia previa en funciones de asistencia a dirección o departamento. Se valorará experiencia con departamento legal.
  • Conocimientos avanzados de Microsoft Office (Excel, Word y, especialmente, Power Point)
  • Perfil familiarizado con las nuevas tecnologías
  • Inglés fluido hablado y escrito

  • Autonomía en la gestión de los asuntos del día a día
