Mission e obiettivi principali:

Il/la tirocinante riceverà formazione sulla panoramica completa sull’area IT/IS, assistendo le attività operative e organizzative.

Principali compiti e responsabilità:

- supporto alla implementazione dei progetti tecnici (organizzazione e comunicazione)
- riorganizzazione del database IT Dealer
- reingegnerizzazione del processo di Service Desk e documentazione

Formazione:

• Laurea in Ingegneria informatica, ideale, o altra specializzazione

Competenze tecniche specifiche:

- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese;

- Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office (Excel, Power Point).
