Job Description Qualifications:

The Engineering, Test, and Technology (ET&T) Human Resources (HR) team has an exciting opportunity as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner to support the Boeing Test & Evaluation (BT&E), BDS and Field Operations Sites (FOS) Teams at multiple US sites. This role provides strategic HR leadership in support of organizational priorities and requires an experienced Human Resources Business Partner who demonstrates the knowledge, experience, and ability to create and deploy integrated HR initiatives. This position will be located in Seattle, WA; Berkeley, MO or Oklahoma City, OK.

Position Responsibilities:

  • HRBP to the BT&E Flight Test Value Stream (FTVS), BDS & Field Operations Sites (FOS) programs in the in support of BCA and BDS business units.
  • Serve as a credible HR partner to build and sustain trusting relationships.
  • Assist in shaping and influencing the culture for quality, safety, and people engagement.
  • Lead people processes such as “Best Team & Talent Reviews” (BTTR) in support of HR strategies and initiatives for BDS & FOS organizations.
  • Find creative solutions to complex problems.
  • Partner with the Centers of Excellence (CoEs) and local HR teams to ensure the organization’s HR and business strategies are aligned and ensure the efficient delivery of HR products, tools, and services.
  • Collaborate and develop strong customer relationships with business leaders to drive the development and deployment of people strategies and action plans.
  • Drive business value, and effective delivery of HR programs, services, and support.
  • Understand and support the business environment.
  • Provide effective coaching, consultation, and conflict resolution skills for all levels.
  • Develop integrated HR initiatives and solutions to advance organizational objectives.
  • Analyze staffing and diversity data and develop innovative solutions.
  • Partner with leaders on workforce strategies to attract, retain and develop employees.
  • Proactive partner that is results-oriented while being flexible to the broader organizations interests and needs.
  • Utilize HR metrics and people data to answer questions and drive solutions based on trends that support the business.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite.  The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required.  “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee. 

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 5+ years of experience working in Human Resources
  • 5+ years of experience working with Human Resources (HR) related laws, policies, processes, and procedures
  • 3+ years of experience working with Data analytics
  • Experience interfacing with and presenting to senior and/or executive leadership
  • Experience utilizing strategic decision making to drive business results

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • 3+ years of experience in a role that required creative thinking and results oriented to complex problems
  • Experience performing strategy work (e.g. market or competitive research and analysis, strategy development, and facilitating strategic decisions)
  • Experience working across teams that require strong collaboration and interpersonal skills
  • Understanding of SPEEA and IAM contracts and ability to provide guidance to all levels
  • Current US Security Clearance or the ability to obtain a US Security Clearance

Typical Education/Experience:

Typically 10 or more years’ related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. 

Summary pay range: $103,700 - $140,300
