As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be responsible for the delivery of our recruiting strategy for our growing GIC through Global Functions business. By establishing and maintaining strong working relationships with your stakeholders at all levels, you will identify current and future recruiting related opportunities, challenges, risks and agree on activities and ways of working in alignment with and under the guidance of the Regional TA Leader.

In this role you will:  
Lead with Impact: Drive and manage the full-lifecycle recruitment process, partnering with hiring managers to design and execute targeted sourcing strategies across multiple functions. You'll be instrumental in attracting and securing top talent to fuel our continued growth.
Champion the Candidate Experience: Ensure every candidate interaction reflects our commitment to excellence. You'll be the point of contact for candidates, ensuring a seamless and positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
Collaborate for Success: Work closely with internal teams to understand business goals and manage expectations. Your ability to influence and build strong relationships will be key to your success.
Proficiency with Recruitment Tools: Leverage Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other industry-leading tools to efficiently track, manage, and engage candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Use data analytics and recruitment metrics to continuously refine sourcing strategies, improve time-to-fill, and ensure the quality of hires.
Drive Continuous Improvement: Take the lead on talent acquisition projects aimed at enhancing our recruitment processes and strengthening our employer brand. Your contributions will directly impact the quality and effectiveness of our hiring practices.
Engage & Connect: Actively engage with potential candidates through social media, networking, and innovative outreach efforts. You'll be a brand ambassador, sharing our story and opportunities to attract the best talent.
Innovate & Inspire: Stay ahead of industry trends and leverage cutting-edge recruiting techniques to keep us at the forefront of talent acquisition. Your creative approach to sourcing will help build a diverse and dynamic talent pipeline.
What will our ideal candidate bring to Fluence?
5+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience, ideally in a fast-paced, multinational, scale-up environment. 
Expertise partnering with hiring managers and navigating complex recruitment challenges of various levels across the GIC.
The ability to identify the most effective candidate pipeline strategies and guide candidates smoothly through the recruitment process.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, allow you to convey ideas clearly and effectively in various settings. 
Stay current with the latest recruiting technologies and tools, using them to streamline processes, enhance candidate assessments, and optimize the overall hiring experience.
Experience tracking, prioritizing and driving multiple concurrent projects in a fast paced, growing company.
Driven, proactive, and can-do attitude. You excel at building strong relationships and thrive in environments where you can take initiative and work independently.
Prior experience working with remote teams and managing international recruitment efforts, bringing a global perspective to your work.
High degree of integrity and your ability to handle confidential information with care.
Strong conflict resolution, relationship and team building skills, and demonstrated ability to influence.
Basic understanding and application of regional employment laws, procedures & policies.
