Position Summary...
What you'll do...
Job Summary:
Ensure Compliance with Walmart Sub–Primal Beef Specifications in a 3rd party facility. This includes breaking, cutting, packaging, and labeling Beef Sub Primal's in real time in the production area.
What you’ll do:
Have thorough knowledge and understanding of Walmart specifications for all associated beef products.
Be able to efficiently communicate through several cross-functional Walmart Teams alongside of a 3rd party facility.
Identify quality control/yield concerns and create viable solutions to improve the process and underlying financial impact.
What you’ll bring:
Strong communication skills
Understanding of computer programs such as Power BI, Microsoft office, excel, etc.
Problem Solving/understanding in a beef harvest environment.
Additional Comments:
This position requires a self-motivator. Somebody who is also capable of balancing and maintaining relationships within walmart and a 3rd party facility.
Not only will this role focus on the Quality of the product but will also be expected to know and understand the financial needs of Walmart and will need to have a good understanding of yield dashboards, carcass breakdown, packaging costs, downstream impacts, and harvest impact.

The annual salary range for this position is $79,000.00-$169,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
Additional compensation for certain positions may also include:
