L’Operator Packaging Operations aura pour mission d’assurer les activités de conditionnement des produits (blister, bouteille, étui, wallet, inspection visuelle), dans le respect de la réglementation BPF / GMP, des règles d’hygiène, et de sécurité. Il devra se conformer aux procédures définies par le système qualité du site pharmaceutique.

Poste en shift 2X8 (horaire: 06:00-14:30 et 14:00-22:30)

Qualifications:

  • Avoir une formation initiale de niveau CFC et une expérience de 3 ans dans le domaine de l’industrie pharmaceutique ou équivalente.
  • Connaître l’environnement BPF/GMP.
  • Avoir une parfaite maîtrise du français.
  • Être organisé et rigoureux, avec de bonnes capacités pour un travail d’équipe. Être proactif.
  • Avoir des connaissances de base de MS Office. Connaitre le fonctionnement de MES.
  • Maitriser un ou plusieurs procédés de conditionnement.

Rôle et responsabilités:

  • Réaliser des opérations de conditionnement de base liées à la mise en bouteille, mise en blister suivant son curriculum de formation et selon les procédures en vigueur du système qualité
  • Maîtriser et effectuer le nettoyage des équipements liés à ces différentes étapes.
  • Effectuer le vide de ligne, le nettoyage des pièces, des équipements et des salles après production.
  • Se conformer aux objectifs de production et notamment au respect du planning établi.
  • Réaliser des opérations de conditionnement des lots industriels en environnement BPF/GMP et travailler de façon autonome selon les consignes de son responsable, en suivant son curriculum de formation et selon les procédures en vigueur du système qualité
  • Contrôler, enregistrer et compléter les documents de travail préétablis pour assurer un suivi des opérations réalisées (dossiers de lots remplis selon les BPF / GMP).
  • Se conformer aux règles de sécurité et de sûreté, annoncer les situations dangereuses, les presqu’accident/incidents et les accidents qui pourraient survenir sur le site auprès de son responsable direct et auprès du département EHS
  • Effectuer les changements de format Proposer des améliorations dans l’organisation du travail et les mettre en œuvre
  • Être capable de travailler, en accord avec les qualifications et connaissances exigées, sur plus d’une ligne de conditionnement
  • Participer à la validation du plan de production en collaboration avec la logistique.
  • Participer aux résolutions de problèmes de premier niveau (sur ligne)
