We are seeking a seasoned Senior Marketing Operations Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing and scaling our marketing operations to drive efficiency and support our growth objectives. You will play a pivotal role in managing and enhancing our marketing technology stack, including Salesforce, Marketo, and Outreach, and more.

What You’ll Do:

  • Marketing Technology Management: Oversee the marketing technology stack to ensure seamless integration and optimization of tools such as Salesforce, Marketo, and Outreach.
  • Data Management and Analytics: Implement and manage databases, ensuring data accuracy and completeness. Utilize analytics to provide actionable insights into marketing campaign performance and customer behavior.
  • Campaign Execution and Workflow Automation: Design and execute marketing campaigns including but not limited to email programs, email nurture management webinar programs, inbound form processing etc. Develop and refine workflows for automation, improving efficiency and scalability of marketing efforts.
  • Lead Management: Enhance lead management processes including lead scoring, routing, and nurturing to improve sales alignment and conversion rates.
  • SDR Operations Management: Manage and iterate upon existing SDR processes, automations and Sequences within Outreach.
  • Compliance and Best Practices: Ensure all marketing operations comply with industry standards and legal regulations. Stay updated on best practices and emerging trends in marketing technology.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, particularly in a technology-driven environment.
  • Proficient in using marketing automation and CRM tools such as Salesforce, Marketo, and Outreach.
  • Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strict attention to detail.

Performance Indicators:

  • On-time and accurate deployment of ad-hoc email sends
  • Efficiency and integrity of the Lead Routing process
  • Lead conversion rates and key marketing metric tracking
  • Effective integration of the GTM tech stack
  • Email Calendar Ownership and Management and Reporting
  • Successful cross-collaboration with Marketing and SDR teams
  • Accuracy and timeliness of Marketing and SDR Campaigns
