The Employee Relations Analyst is a developing professional role. Applies specialty area knowledge in monitoring, assessing, analyzing and/or evaluating processes and data. Identifies policy gaps and formulates policies. Interprets data and makes recommendations. Researches and interprets factual information. Identifies inconsistencies in data or results, defines business issues and formulates recommendations on policies, procedures or practices. Integrates established disciplinary knowledge within own specialty area with basic understanding of related industry practices. Good understanding of how the team interacts with others in accomplishing the objectives of the area. Develops working knowledge of industry practices and standards. Limited but direct impact on the business through the quality of the tasks/services provided. Impact of the job holder is restricted to own team.

Responsibilities:
  • Provides advice and facilitates high risk dispute resolution and disciplinary decisions relating to significant matters involving violations of the Code of Conduct.
  • Develops and implements workplace policies, programs and enhancements to maintain competitive advantage and increase employee engagement.
  • Monitors legislation impacting employers and decide necessary modifications to existing practices.
  • Provides advanced direction and consulting services to HR and management on a diverse range of complex, sensitive and/or high risk HR issues across multiple regions.
  • Responds to inquiries from internal/external entities, fair employment practices agency charges and litigation.
  • Maintains employee information that is accurate, meets the organization's legal obligations, and assists in human resource management and planning
  • Provides reporting and analysis on trends and various corporate initiatives.
  • All other duties as assigned.
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Qualifications:
  • 0-2 years relevant experience

Education:
  • Bachelors/University degree or equivalent experience

Prinicpales funciones:

•                Colocar créditos hipotecarios derivados de la relación con Desarrolladores de vivienda

•                Capacitación a la fuerza de ventas del desarrollo y siendo responsable del proceso de originación hasta la disposición del crédito

•                Coordinar agenda de trabajo con los Desarrolladores incluyendo los fines de semana, donde hará guardias en las casetas de venta para atender a clientes prospectos, organizar o participar en eventos que organice el banco con el desarrollo ( open house )

Requerimientos:

•                Experiencia en ventas en productos financieros o inmobiliarios

•                Habilidad en ventas relacionado con productos financieros o inmobiliarios

•                Con facilidad de palabra

•                Proactivo y orientado a resultados

•                Con gran actitud de servicio

•                Disponibilidad para trabajar fines de semana, con descanso 2 días entre semana (martes y miércoles)
