Role Specific Information

Contributes to the day-to-day operational outcomes of the supply chain human resources team through process execution, data entry and the support and solutions to internal partners and vendors.

Job Description

**Monday to Friday with occasional weekend flexibility needed**

**First shift with scheduling between 8 am and 4 pm**

**Seasonal Positions to possibly last till end of December 2024**

ACCOUNTABILITIES 


SUPPORT INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL BUSINESS PARTNERS

  • Communicates with Distribution Centers, E-Fulfillment Centers and Corporate areas
  • Ensures timely and appropriate responses to inquiries and questions in a professional manner, including drafting written responses to all levels of management, key resources and associates
  • Delivers basic operational support and input, gathering information and resolving issues of limited scope
  • Monitors cases for escalated inquiries or questions that need research or processing
  • Escalates issues to Coordinator, Analyst or Team Leader

COORDINATES ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT WITH ACCURACY AND ATTENTION TO DETAIL

  • Completes daily administrative tasks to support HR processes such as new hire documentation, on-boarding, absence management, Workday transactions, terminations, scheduling and timekeeping.
  • Set up, maintain and audit relevant HR records such as timekeeping, attendance, pre-employment screenings, I-9s.
  • Accurate recording of HR activity in HR systems
  • Performs job duties with a high degree of accuracy and in a timely manner

INCREASE EFFICIENCY THROUGH PROCESS SUPPORT TO POSITIVELY AFFECT BUSINESS OUTCOMES

  • Contributes to knowledge sharing within the Supply Chain HR network by providing feedback for process and technology improvements
  • Provides efficient and accurate support to assist the Network in achieving goals
  • Maintains, compiles and interprets data to produce/create records, reports, new forms and other correspondence utilizing various software programs
  • Displays an attention to detail while pulling, categorizing and distributing information for business partners
  • Supports HR initiatives such as Peak Hiring, Incentives, and projects
  • ​Creates and maintains internal process documents
  • Trains new teammates on our processes


QUALIFICATIONS
REQUIRED

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in Human Resources, Payroll, Scheduling or other Administrative field
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Ability to multi-task using multiple applications and technologies
  • Proficiency in spreadsheet and computer navigation skills
  • Basic reading and math skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team and interact effectively with others
  • Regular and prompt attendance
  • Ability to multitask while adapting to fluctuating priorities

PREFERRED

  • Minimum 1 year experience in Human Resources, Payroll or Scheduling 
  • Experience with time keeping systems (Kronos) and human capital management systems (Workday)
