The SMB Marketing Manager is responsible for driving marketing initiatives targeted at small and medium-sized businesses. This role will focus on leveraging product features to generate leads and accelerate growth within the SMB segment.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies that leverage product features to attract and engage SMB customers.
  • Create and optimize campaigns that drive product adoption and user growth.
  • Work closely with product and sales teams to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.
  • Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies to improve lead generation and conversion rates.
  • Manage marketing budgets and ensure efficient use of resources.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on product-led growth strategies for SMBs.
  • Strong understanding of SMB market dynamics and customer behavior.
  • Experience with digital marketing, content creation, and campaign management.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM tools.

 

  Physical Requirements: 

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. 
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times. 
  • This role may require occasional travel.
