ABOUT THE ROLE

About This Role

Join Circles as a Marketing Associate, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping the brand, driving strategic marketing initiatives, and accelerating our growth through bold and innovative means to revolutionize the telco industry.

This is a 3 months contract role.

 

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

To be successful in this role, you are expected to self-manage and influence cross-functional stakeholders towards the following goals:

  • Campaign Strategy:
    - Develop and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns that align with business objectives and target audience.
    - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign integration with overall company initiatives.
  • Content Development:
    - Work closely with the Contentwith Content & Creative team to develop compelling and targeted campaign content, including copy, visuals, and multimedia elements.
    - Ensure consistent messaging and brand voice across all campaign materials.
  • Multi-Channel Execution:
    - Implement campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, events, and traditional outlets.
    - Leverage data-driven insights to optimize channel mix and maximize campaign reach.
  • Project Management:
    - Own the end-to-end project management of campaigns, ensuring deadlines are met and resources are effectively utilized.
    - Monitor and report on campaign performance against key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Analytics and Optimization:
    - Utilize analytics tools to track and analyze campaign performance.
    - Implement optimization strategies based on data insights to improve future campaigns.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    - Collaborate with sales, product, and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and alignment with overall business goals.
    - Provide support for product launches and other key initiatives.

WHO YOU ARE Job Requirements

  • Proven experience (at least 2 years) in a growth marketing role, preferably in a fast-paced startup or tech environment.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills with a track record of successful marketing initiatives.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment.
