Sunday-Thursday 9:30 pm - 6:00 am.
Job Description

Summary: 

In this position, you will have overall responsibility for inventory control and logistics. You will specifically be responsible for maintaining warehouse systems and physical inventory and ensuring accurate information is maintained. The Logistics Supervisor will also be responsible for managing all receiving functions and packing functions.

Technical Skills and Job Specific Tasks:

  • Supervise warehouse and logistics operations.
  • Develop, document, implement and enforce warehouse and logistics procedures and best practices.
  • Work with Logistic Manager to ensure optimal inventory balances. Responsible for the excess and obsolescence inventory process.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy between CiLog and Navision
  • Provide leadership, direction and support to team members; setting performance goals and holding the teams accountable.
  • Analyzes inventories to determine how to increase inventory turns and reduce waste.
  • Support the inventory reconciliation process and the annual physical inventory preparation and process.
  • Create and maintain relationships with all departments, divisions, customers and suppliers.
  • Enforce 6S
  • Responsible for maintaining the correct amount of staffing needed in each area
  • Understand all fundamentals of the CiLog operating system
  • Release daily work load within CiLog
  • Ensure all Pick Headers are completed and delivered the day they are due
  • Maintain timer error logs within Navision
  • Maintain the delivery process to the Production department
  • Problem solve and troubleshoot as need be to ensure daily goals are being met
