As a Digital Product Manager - Qantas Money, you will lead a product portfolio to address customer’s financial service needs. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end product management process — from idea inception to successful market launch and ongoing optimisation. You will take an agile approach; adopt a lean model, launching products quickly and iterating often, while ensuring key success metrics are understood, monitored and measured throughout the journey.

In this role, fostering collaboration will be crucial for success. You will work closely with our product leadership team to define a compelling product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment throughout the organisation. Your ability to build consensus among diverse cross-functional teams, including technology, design, marketing, commercial, and customer teams, will be vital. This collaboration will be critical in achieving business goals and driving the growth of our product portfolio.

You’ll have –

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Digital Product Manager or similar role.

  • Knowledge and experience within the financial services industry.

  • Digital experience with mobile apps, will be highly regarded.

  • End-to-end product life-cycle management experience, within an agile software delivery environment.

  • Experience in the practical application of Lean principles.

  • Proven skills in negotiation, change management, forming and nurturing external partnerships and collaborating with industry professionals.

  • Demonstrated ability to identify key businesses and technology opportunities, to assess their impacts on the business.
