The Senior Talent Partner (IV) will be instrumental in driving the talent acquisition strategy for roles across the organization. This role requires a strategic thinker who can innovate recruiting processes, develop long-term talent pipelines, and lead high-impact diversity and inclusion initiatives. You will work closely with hiring managers and leadership to ensure that the company attracts and retains top talent while maintaining a strong employer brand. We are a hybrid workplace, this role will work onsite in our Weston HQs 3 days per week.

Key responsibilities 

  • Create and execute advanced talent sourcing strategies targeting technical, product management, senior-level, and niche positions. Build lasting relationships with potential candidates through proactive networking and passive recruiting
  • Lead the review and optimization of all recruitment processes, ensuring efficiency, quality, and exceptional candidate experiences
  • Use recruitment metrics and analytics to innovate and improve talent acquisition strategies, candidate experience, and internal processes
  • Own the candidate experience process by leveraging candidate experience data to continue to build or better improve to ensure a best-in-class candidate experience
  • Develop and implement diversity initiatives that promote equitable hiring practices and meet EEO compliance standards
  • Plan and execute comprehensive recruitment campaigns, leveraging multiple social media outlets, branding initiatives, and outreach efforts such as college fairs networking, and industry events

Requirements, skills, and knowledge 

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required
  • 8-15 years of talent acquisition experience, including sourcing, full-cycle recruitment, and senior-level hiring
  • Must have experience with technical recruiting and product management roles
  • Proven expertise in developing strategic recruitment plans for senior and niche positions
  • Demonstrated success in designing and implementing diversity recruitment strategies
  • Strong process improvement skills, with a focus on streamlining recruitment operations and enhancing the candidate experience
  • Advanced data analytics skills, using recruitment metrics to guide talent acquisition strategy
  • Leadership experience in project management, including large-scale recruitment initiatives
  • Ability to work in our Weston, MA office three days a week
