The Job: The Manager, US Institutional Partnerships reports to the Associate Director of Foundations and works closely with the Associate Director and Senior Director of Institutional Funding to plan and implement the Center’s foundation funding plan. The Manager will manage a donor portfolio of foundation funders and prospects that provide funding up to $100,000 annually to the Center’s U.S. programs and general operations. This will include managing all aspects of the grant life cycle for all grants in their portfolio, including pre-bid capture, proposal coordination and submission, donor reporting, and other award activities, and knowledge management. This individual will also provide leadership and support across the Institutional Funding unit for example, through weekly unit updates and quarterly planning and replanning exercises as well as to other cross-team working groups, as assigned. The Manager will work closely with the other departments, principally the U.S. Program, as well as with the Finance, Compliance units and the Strategy, Evaluation, and Learning unit.
This position will be based in our New York City office in a hybrid model of 3 days working in-office and two days working from home. COVID-19 vaccination is required for all U.S.-based employees of the Center.

Qualifications:
Compensation: The annual salary for this position is $93,000.
Union Status: This position will be part of the CRR Union, a shop within Local 2110 United Auto Workers—Technical, Office, and Professional Workers Union.
FLSA Exempt Status: This is an exempt position.
