IQVIA is seeking a highly motivated Nurse Program Manager to join us on a 12-month contract in Sydney NSW or Melbourne VIC. As the Nurse Program Manager, you will be responsible for the strategic day to day running of allocated patient/clinical support programs, including program documents, staff performance, client liaison, and new program development.
 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create, track and report on project timelines

  • Produce and distribute status, tracking, and financial reports for internal and external team members and senior management.

  • Coordinate with other project resources within and outside the organization.

  • Responsibility for financial reporting on the project including tracking deliverables and invoicing

  • Monitor and manage efforts of cross-functional project teams.

  • Mentors Program Coordinators.

  • Participate in proposal development and sales/proposal presentations.

  • Manage project budgets and approval of invoices.

  • Establish goals to increase Program Manager knowledge and skill levels.

  • Implement continuous improvement activities for assigned projects.

  • Develop and oversee maintenance of internal databases and project plans.

  • Partner with other Program Managers to develop and implement process improvements.

  • Prepare and present project information at internal and external meetings.

  • Ensure that work is conducted in compliance with standard processes, policies, and procedures and meets project timeline metrics.
     

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences or related field.

  • Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in the Pharmaceutical or healthcare environment and/or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

  • Understanding and general knowledge of health service.

  • Good working knowledge of national clinical systems.

  • Ability to manage own workload with minimal guidance.

  • Ability to monitor and plan to meet program objectives.

  • Clinically competent in disease area.

  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, managers, and clients.
