Senior Manager / Associate Director, Trustee Compliance

Provide advice on MPF related compliance matters. Support business unit in the development and implementation of policies that enable business to remain in compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements.

We are looking for someone with: 

  • University degree
  • Minimum 10 years of related MPF compliance experience
  • Excellent interpersonal skill and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to details
  • Ability to work on multi-tasks and meet tight deadlines
  • Ability to embrace change

On the job you will: 

  • Provide advise on all MPF / ORSO related regulatory and compliance matters.
  • Support business unit in the development and implementation of policies, procedures that enable the business to remain in compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain an effective compliance management program to monitor and mitigate compliance risk and exposure.
  • Review and amend constitutive documents to support ongoing regulatory and business changes.
  • Establish and maintain strong working relationships with regulators, industry group, business units as well as related compliance teams.
  • Participates in industry working group to explore and develop possible solutions to various issues.
  • Perform AML monitoring reviews and co-ordinate on CRS reporting
  • Work on board related matters and TCSP license.
  • Co-ordinate the preparation of the annual consolidated scheme report filing (including Internal Control Objective) and Trustee report filing.
  • Create and provide compliance training as needed to business unit and/or compliance staff.
  • Leads and supports special projects.
  • Collaborates with all areas of the organization to ensure compliance needs and business goals are met.
  • Assist AVP - Trustee Compliance with tasks and assignments as needed
