Job Summary

Responsible for leading the strategic development and implementation of data enablement automation processes for the Marketing organization. This role will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining data pipelines, architecture, and processes to support marketing analysis and intelligence efforts, and to automate manual data efforts. 

The Senior Data Enablement Manager collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure the effective use of data tools, platforms, and resources, driving organizational efficiency and innovation.

What You’ll Do:

• Designing, building and maintaining scalable data pipelines to automate plays for GTM Plays team
• Developing and maintaining a comprehensive data architecture that enables efficient data retrieval and analysis
• Implementing automated data validation processes to ensure data quality
• Drafting and maintaining clean and clear documentation on all work done
• Monitoring and optimizing data pipeline performance to ensure maximum efficiency and scalability
• Providing guidance and support for more junior team members on their tasks
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for data driven decision making and process improvement

What You’ll Bring:

• Bachelors degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science or related degree.
• 8+ years in a data analyst or data engineering role
• Analytical skills and experience working with large and complex datasets
• Experience with data validation and reconciliation processes
• Excellent problem solving skills and the ability to think outside the box
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Excellent communication skills and ability to liaise cross-functionally with stakeholders at all levels
• Strong experience with data pipeline development and automation. Strong experience with SQL, Snowflake, ETL tools, Salesforce, Python and Airflow is an advantage
• Familiarity with data modeling, data warehousing concepts, data integrations and data transformation technologies. Experience with AWS cloud services is a plus
