Summary: As an Application Lead for Packaged Application Development, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications using Oracle Procedural Language Extensions to SQL (PLSQL). Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing project timelines, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality applications. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the design, development, and implementation of applications using Oracle PLSQL. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure successful delivery of applications. - Manage project timelines and ensure timely delivery of high-quality applications. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members. - Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and security guidelines. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong proficiency in Oracle Procedural Language Extensions to SQL (PLSQL). - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Oracle Forms and Reports, Oracle Application Express (APEX), and Oracle Database Administration. - Experience in leading the design, development, and implementation of applications using Oracle PLSQL. - Strong understanding of database design principles and data modeling. - Experience with version control systems such as Git or SVN. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Oracle Procedural Language Extensions to SQL (PLSQL). - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering high-quality applications.
