Summary: As a Project Control Services Practitioner, you will be responsible for supporting projects in the Technology Delivery Centers by tracking and managing project management office activities. Your typical day will involve proactively monitoring, managing, and reporting on the execution of deliverables. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Track and manage project management office activities. - Proactively monitor the execution of deliverables. - Manage and report on the progress of project deliverables. - Ensure adherence to project timelines and milestones. - Identify and mitigate project risks. - Support project managers in project planning and resource allocation. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Proficiency in Program Control Services. - Additional Good To Have Skills: Experience with Delivery Operations Control. - Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies. - Experience in tracking and managing project deliverables. - Knowledge of project planning and resource allocation. - Excellent organizational and time management skills. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 1 year of experience in Program Control Services. - This position is based at our Cebu office. Minimum 1 year(s) of experience is required
