As a GPCOE (Centre-of-Excellence) Program Manager, you will be responsible for driving the analytics, data and information gathering necessary to achieve the strategic objectives. You will work with your team members and stakeholders across Micron’s global sites, working collaboratively to lead profitability objectives and achieves future cost-down aspirations. You will collaborate with various stakeholders and use your technical ability to drive AI initiatives related to Cost-Modelling, Bid Analytics, Category Management and other domains.

Responsibilities and Tasks

Process Transformation/Improvement

  • Oversee the design, development, and deployment of AI tools and technologies to enhance procurement efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery of AI and digital transformation projects.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the procurement team.
  • Collaboration: Work with stakeholders to identify business needs and opportunities for GenAI applications.
  • Data Analysis: Conduct data analysis and research to support AI projects.
  • Documentation: Maintain documentation for AI projects, including requirements and user manuals.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay updated with AI market trends and emerging technologies.
  • Ability to encourage and persuade others to adopt the change required for a successful implementation of the project.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • BS in Engineering/Statistics/Computer Science or equivalent with 2+ years of experience or Recent MS/MBA Graduates.
  • Basic understanding of project management methodologies.
  • AI Knowledge: Familiarity with AI and machine learning technologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, geographically distributed and dynamic environment.
  • Experience with business applications for procurement and supply chain like SAP, Ariba is preferred.
  • Experience in the Semiconductor industry of the company is a plus.

Workplace

  • Early morning, evening hours required to facilitate work cross-regions.
  • Hybrid working environment.
