Euronext is a pan-European capital markets group with regulated activities in Belgium, France, Ireland, Italy, the Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, and the United Kingdom. Euronext also operates non-regulated activities in 17 countries across the world.

The Euronext Securities business consists of four Central Securities Depositories (CSDs) in Portugal, Denmark, Norway and Italy providing issuance, custody and settlement services to the capital markets.

Your position will be based in Euronext Securities Porto. You will be in charge of special projects, reporting directly to the Euronext Securities Porto CEO.

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for initiatives that are assigned to you by the CEO for particular sensitivity reasons. This can include a broad range of corporate projects, specific internal initiatives, activities supporting the budget process and the strategic plan, as well as the production of periodic management reports.

This role will allow you to be uniquely positioned to gain a deep understanding of the financial industry and be part of the transformation of an innovative company.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required

• Bachelor or Master degree, ideally in business management or finance.
• 2-3 years of successful experience in a consultancy firm is an advantage.
• Impeccable oral and written communication skills in English and Portuguese. Fluency in French is an advantage.
• Demonstrated ability perform well and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, transforming and results driven environment.
• Strong organisational skills with ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities; ability to quickly gain a deep understanding of a wide span of complex strategic and regulatory matters.
• Ability to conduct research and present data in a succinct and well-written manner.
• Fast learner and proactive behaviour, ability to deliver results and make things happen from inception to completion with limited oversight.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Experience in working with international teams.
• Ability to work independently Strong proficiency in MS Outlook, MS Teams, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong interpersonal and influencing skills and ability to manage stakeholders at different levels.
