The RSM Cyber Testing and Response (CTR) team is part of the RSM Security Privacy & Risk Consulting (SPRC) practice.   CTR delivers a comprehensive portfolio of application and network penetration testing, cyber threat intelligence, as well as digital forensics and response services.  The Growth Director role will be focused on growing the number of clients that we serve as well as expanding the portfolio of services we deliver to those clients across our entire SPRC portfolio of services.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of being a trusted advisor to clients in the security and privacy space and will have a passion for building and growing long term client relationships.  You should be self-starter and be able to identify and execute on growth initiatives that gain client mind share and overall market share for RSM as a trusted advisor. 

Responsibilities

  • Create a growth plan for bringing new clients into the RSM SPR practice
  • Identify opportunities to sell SPR services to existing RSM clients
  • Create starburst plans to expand RSM SPR clients based on their current engagement
  • Create a culture of collaboration and team work among your peers in SPR in pursuits
  • Use proven business development skills develop a pipeline of growth opportunities
  • Identify business opportunities and enhance go-to-market strategies
  • Ensure revenue goals are being met and client service offerings align to the changing needs in the market
  • Build and communicate to clients strategic security point of views to help them address their cyber security risks
  • Identify, hire, and develop talented individuals to join our practice
  • Provide delivery oversight of client engagements to ensure satisfaction of our services
  • Develop and train other consultants on opportunity growth techniques

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field from an accredited college/university
  • Strong track record in selling and delivering security privacy and risk consulting engagements
  • Demonstrates comprehensive knowledge and a proven record of success with identifying and obtaining new service opportunities and taking the opportunities through the sales cycle
  • Demonstrates thorough abilities to identify and address client needs, including developing and sustaining meaningful client relationships and understand the client's business
  • Proven people skills: demonstrates thorough knowledge and/or a proven track record of success with operating in a professional services firm or large consultancy
  • Proven ability to effectively collaborate

At RSM, an employee’s pay at any point in their career is intended to reflect their experiences, performance, and skills for their current role. The salary range (or starting rate for interns and associates) for this role represents numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to, education, skills, work experience, certifications, location, etc. As such, pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.

Compensation Range: $127,645 - $216,855

Individuals selected for this role will be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance.
