Influential seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to fill the role of Creator Relations. Associate Director - Healthcare & Pharma. This position is instrumental in establishing and nurturing relationships with Creators, talent agencies and management companies in the Healthcare and Pharmaceutical industry. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5-7+ years experience, with a proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with HCP Creators and the talent industry.

In general, on a typical day you will:

• Build and maintain relationships with Creators, talent agencies and management companies in the Healthcare and Pharmaceutical industry.
• Stay on the forefront of all regulatory changes and educate internal teams on how best to work with Creators in the Healthcare industry.
• Attend industry events and seminars, and act as a representative of Influential while building brand presence and fostering relationships.
• Collaborate with the Creator Partnerships and Creator Relations teams to expand Influential's network of Healthcare and Pharma Creators for future campaign activations.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on industry relationships.
• Leverage relationships to facilitate speaking engagements, event attendance, and participation as speakers at key industry events.
• Stay informed about Healthcare and Pharma industry developments and current events.

Requirements:

• 5-7+ years of experience in a Creator Relations-type role working with Creators in the Healthcare and Pharma space.
• Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with Healthcare Creators and industry professionals.
• Extensive network of with Creators, talent agencies and management companies in the Healthcare and Pharma industry.
• Strong connections to industry key events and seminars. 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel for key cultural events.
• Knowledge of regional and cultural nuances in the Creator space.
