The Opportunity:

Serve as an Operations Specialist in the SCOPES Contract Program Management Office where you will provide administrative support in the execution of contract Program and Project operations, activities, and deliverables for Team CACI’s support to US Southern Command. Supports the Operations Coordinator and Program Manager, as required.

Responsibilities:

Assists with the schedule, coordination, and hosting of Task Order Kick-Off Meetings and assistance in providing the Kick-Off Meeting Agenda and Meeting Notes for review and approval.
 

Assists with the documentation of Task Order requirements in a comprehensive Program Management Program (PMP) that includes the management approach, organizational structure, and key roles.
 

Assists with the development of Standard Operating Procedures for tasks and project management.
 

Assists with Task Order Monthly Status Reports in collaboration with the Sr. Operations Specialist and Operations Coordinator with detailed projected activities, site status, a personnel roster, and financial status.
 

Supports monthly Program Management Reviews with the USSOUTHCOM Technical Point of Contact (TPOC) and other stakeholders to ensure they are informed of the Integrated Project Plans (IPP) and other monthly activities.
 

Supports the management of Security Cooperation Office - Colombia travel to include travel documentation and processes.
 

Updates and approves IPPs tailored to identified projects, incorporating the latest Government requirements.
 

Assists with the Mission Focused Staffing process by tracking the staffing of projects in coordination with the daily Personnel Status Report.

Qualifications:

Current Top Secret/Specialized Compartmented Information Security Clearance.

At least 5 years’ experience working with personnel systems, managing correspondence, and supporting staff working groups in either a corporate or military environment.

The ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing.

Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline.

A current Tourist Passport with an expiration date more than 6 months away

Desired Qualifications: 

Spanish language capability

A fundamental understanding of Program Management Office operations and management.

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$62,200-$130,600
