Job Description:

Job responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to Procurement manager in relation to the third party risk management process
• Provide ongoing support for all third-party engagement classification in Ariba and ServiceNow
• Work closely and liaise with Support Desk and SMEs in TPRM process
• Provide support to Procurement Manager and stakeholders on facilitating all third-party due diligence process.
• Perform any ad hoc projects as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration or related fields.
• At least 3 years of experience with risk management, governance knowledge or procurement
• Proactive, self-motivated and independent
• Multi-tasking and able to meet tight deadline
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong command in English and Chinese
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and Sharepoint
