Your Responsibilities: 

This role gives YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, the main of these are:

  • Act as an strategic partner and change agent, being the intersection of strategy, organization and talent, aligning HR interventions with business strategic direction and short & long term needs, balancing strategy and execution with an in-depth business understanding.

  • Partner with Senior Leadership Team to align HR strategy to business strategy;

  • Act as change agent to business through process design and approaches that support change and transformation;

  • Deliver cultural transformation/change projects and workforce restructuring in line with the HR and business agenda.

  • Provide coaching and guidance to leadership on a variety of people related topics;

  • Drive the Talent Management and Development agenda:

  • Develop & implement talents strategies and development solutions within the organization - ensuring a commitment to finding, growing and retaining talent.

  • Conduct ongoing supply and demand analysis for business on current and future state staffing and skill/capability needs and designs talent strategies to meet those needs.

  • Effectively engage with recruiting peers to meet the talent acquisition needs for the organization;

  • Lead leadership assessment in the organization, identifying key employee strengths and development needs in order to recognize, select, retain and develop key talent;

  • Lead succession planning and talent development strategies for the organization, identifying critical roles and preparing potential talent and pipelines mentoring, training, etc.

  • Act as a key delivery channel at a country level for initiatives developed by the HR Centers of Expertise and HRBLs. Work as OneHR to deliver HR excellence to the business;

  • Supports annual HR cycle.

Basic Qualifications:
 

We are looking for professionals with these characteristics to achieve our goals:

  • Degree in Psychology, Administration, Pedagogy, Engineering, amongst others.

  • Post graduation in Strategic Human Resources or Business Management.

  • Ability to work as a strategic partner with several functions (commercial and enabling functions) partnering with senior leaders and different organizational levels;

  • Strong experience in complexity of business, drive strategies and partners with senior leaders.

  • Strong Knowledge in HR processes, with focus on Talent Management, Culture, Leadership and Capabilities development.

  • Proven leadership and talent development skills.

  • Fluency in English.
